Announcing upcoming changes to Amazon’s EDI support process

What does it mean to me? 

After January 1, 2009 Amazon will require that all correspondence concerning EDI issues must be sent through Vendor Central. 

What do I have to do?

Have the administrator for your Amazon Vendor Central account log on and send an invite to the UnitechEDI contact person that we have suggested.

Instructions to invite EDI contacts to join Amazon Vendor Central:

  • Log into your Amazon Vendor Central account at https://vendorcentral.amazon.com
  • Click on the “Settings” tab at the top of the page
  • Click on “User Management” on the green bar below the tabs
  • Click on “Create New Invitation”
  • List EDI contact name and email address
  • Under “User Rights”, select EDI Monitoring
  • Click on “Send Invitation”
